

MICHELLE MANGLONA-JUANEZA
Michelle Manglona-Juaneza is a professional graphic designer living on the island of Guam. She worked in several local and international domains of graphic design including fashion, visual merchandising, branding and newspaper print.

In 2003, she attended art school at the New York Institute of Technology where she earned a Bachelor’s of Liberal Arts Degree in Computer Graphics. Early in her career, she designed for the New York fashion industry which included companies such as Target, Airwalk, Sketchers and Tommy Hilfiger.

After a lucrative career in New York, Michelle moved back to Guam in 2010 to be with her family. For over 9 years, she continued her professional career at T Galleria by DFS as the lead graphic designer in the Visual Merchandising Department. Highlights of her practice included video editing for digital billboards and designed multi-media for print production and installation. She earned the DFS star award for Best in Performance in January 2018 for managing design campaigns for Guam and Saipan locations. During this time, she continued to do freelance design for the local Premier Hotel and Restaurant group and the newspaper layout and design of Mabuhay News.

Michelle values giving back to the community by offering free professional services locally and internationally. Recently, she designed and printed the fundraising media for local non-profit groups such as the United States Air Force Reserve Association and the St. Francis Catholic School Parent and Alumni Association in 2019. Notably, in 2018, Michelle also developed and designed the re-branding package for the Ilonggo Food Company in Manila, Philippines.
